Ruben G. was shot by 45-year-old Armen Z., a resident of the village of Zovuni, who tried to run away, but after a short time the officers of the Nairi police department found him in the adjacent area of one of the buildings on the 11th street of the village of Zovuni.
He was arrested on the basis of immediate reasonable suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm and was taken to the Nairi Police Department, then presented to the Nairi Investigation Department. He committed the crime with a "Saiga" type hunting rifle registered under his name.
