On September 13, at 6:30 p.m., the Armavir Regional Operational Management Center was alerted that smoke was coming from one of the apartments in one of the buildings on Mashtots Street in Etchmiadzin.
Two combat units from the fire-rescue squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs went to the scene of the incident.
The fire was isolated at 19:04 and extinguished at 19:36. The kitchen of the house, about 10 square meters, was burnt. four citizens were evacuated, firefighters prevented the fire from spreading to neighboring apartments.
