On February 2, the Yeghegnadzor Department of the Community Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia received operative information that on August 24, 2025, shots were fired in the recreation area called "La Seasons" in Hors's residence.
As reported by a photojournalistGagik Shamshyan, according to operational information, on that day, 34-year-old Vahe S., a resident of Vayots Dzor marz, being in the rest area called "La Seasons" owned by him in Hors, openly disrespecting the people in the chat room of the same rest area, during a meal, he fired a "MR-155" type, 12 mm, belonging to his friend, 36-year-old Khachik V., a resident of Vayots Dzor marz. t/c, fired shots from a single-barreled hunting sniper rifle.
Documents were drawn up in the Yeghegnadzor Police Department regarding the incident, which were transferred to the Vayots Dzor Marz Investigation Department of the RA Investigative Committee.
