Trump called on all US presidential candidates to take cognitive tests

All Americans nominated for the post of US president or vice president are required to take a cognitive test. On the eve of the presidential elections, Republican candidate Donald Trump expressed such an opinion.

"I think that all those who will be nominated for the post of president or vice president should pass tests. I don't mean age. Many of the greatest leaders were in their prime in the 80s because of experience," the politician said in an interview with journalist Carlson Tucker. The conversation took place in Glenden (Arizona) in the presence of the audience.

Trump once again doubted the mental capacity of his opponent in the pre-election race, US Vice President Kamala Harris.

On October 28, Harris announced his readiness to test his cognitive abilities, provided that his opponent would do the same.
