Iran has stated that it has always welcomed the agreement with the US on the nuclear dossier

Tehran has always welcomed and sought to reach a fair agreement with Washington regarding the resolution of the crisis created around Iran's nuclear program. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran, Abbas Araghchi, announced this.

"Iran has always welcomed a mutually beneficial, fair and equal rights-based nuclear agreement without coercion, threats and intimidation, which guarantees Iran's rights to peaceful nuclear technologies and excludes the possession of nuclear weapons," he wrote on the X social platform.

At the same time, according to Araghchi, Iran has learned lessons from the 12-day war, and the armed forces of the Islamic Republic are ready to "immediately and decisively respond to any aggression."

Earlier, US President Donald Trump expressed hope that Iran's representatives will return to the negotiating table and sign an agreement that implies giving up nuclear weapons. Otherwise, the American leader threatened Tehran with a blow, which, according to him, "will be much more severe than what happened in June 2025."
