On January 17, at 4:19 p.m., the Aragatsotn regional crisis management center was alerted that a fire had broken out in one of the buildings in Dzori Gitavan district of Ashtarak city.

The operative group of the fire-rescue squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and two combat units went to the scene.

It was found that the fire broke out in a stone chat room-pavilion (about 30 square meters) attached to one of the houses in Gitavan district.

The fire was isolated at 16:42 and extinguished at 17:00. The chat room-booth with property was burnt.
