The officers of the security department of the "Vardashen" penitentiary institution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia received information that a citizen would visit the institution for a short visit and try to hand over a cell phone to the detained person.
Realizing the received information, on October 30, around 12:05, the officers of the same department subjected to a personal search the detained person S.K.'s brother, citizen A.K. As a result of the search, a mobile phone was found in A.K.'s possession.
Administrative proceedings have been initiated regarding the incident.
