The rescue service informs that there are closed roads in the RA territory.
The Berd-Chambarak (bulk), Gandzakar-Itsakar and Lanjar-Lusashog (bulk) highways leading from the "Amberd" high-mountain meteorological station to Amberd Castle and Kari Lake in Aragatsotn Marz are closed.
Noravan-Ltsen-Tatev and "Zanger" to Sisian highways are closed for vehicles with couplings.
The highway from Aghvani base to Tatev is closed for trucks.
The Vardenyats mountain pass is closed for trucks with couplings, difficult to pass for other means of transport.
The Saravan-Zanger highway is difficult to pass.
Vanadzor-Dilijan, Yeraskh-Zangakatun, Spitak-Gyumri and Tatev-Shinuhair-Goris highways are difficult to pass for trucks with couplings.
There is ice in some places on the highways of Gegharkunik marz, Aparan, Aragats, Spitak, Tumanyan, Tashir, Abovyan, Hrazdan, Nairi, Vaik, Sisian, Goris, Ashotsk, Amasia and Vanadzor regions.
"We urge the drivers to drive exclusively with winter tires," it is stated in the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs report.
