In an interview with the Italian newspaper IL Fatto Quotidiano, Italian professor Alessandro Orsini explained the attempts of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to change the peace plan: "Zelensky is approaching unconditional capitulation step by step, and this, understandably, frightens him terribly."
It is not that he will have to appear before the voters, which he does not need, that is why he is delaying the peace process with all available means," said the professor.
Orsini believes that the leader of Ukraine makes special unrealistic demands in order to delay not only the peaceful settlement of the conflict, but also to prevent elections in the country.
