The US administration does not only have Venezuela in mind when it discusses the possibility of conducting ground military operations as part of the fight against drug cartels in Latin America.

This was confirmed by US President Donald Trump in a conversation with journalists in Palm Beach, Florida, the corresponding video was distributed by the Fox9 TV channel.

"Anywhere that drugs come from, not just Venezuela," he said, commenting on possible US military action in Latin America.
