The closed briefing of the US intelligence for US President Donald Trump has started in the White House, the correspondent of "RIA Novosti" reports.

The briefing comes after Trump announced that he would designate the government of Venezuela as a "foreign terrorist organization" and impose a total embargo on all sanctioned oil tankers to and from Venezuela.
