The delegations of the USA and Ukraine have achieved "significant progress" during the negotiations held in Berlin, according to the statement issued by the special envoy of the US President, Stephen Wittkoff.
"The delegations had deep discussions on the 20-point peace plan, economic issues and other topics. Significant progress has been made and they will meet again tomorrow morning," he wrote in X. On December 14, the meeting of the American and Ukrainian delegations regarding the settlement of the conflict in Ukraine was held at the German Chancellery in Berlin.
In addition to Wittkoff, the American delegation also included President Donald Trump's son-in-law, entrepreneur Jared Kushner.
