Steve Wittkoff, the special representative of the US President, may meet with EU3 security advisers to discuss the Ukraine issue before the meeting of European leaders in Berlin on December 15, Kyiv Post reports.
Earlier, Reuters, citing two EU diplomats, reported that European leaders plan to meet in Berlin on December 15 to discuss a peace plan for Ukraine.
"Witkoff is expected to meet with the security advisers of the EU3 countries, a meeting that diplomats describe as their 'last chance to build ties' before Berlin," the publication writes.
