Slovakia's Prime Minister Robert Fizo has announced that he does not want to support initiatives that will deepen the conflict in Ukraine at the European Union summit scheduled for next week.
"I am preparing and actively communicating with several prime ministers about the summit scheduled for next week in Brussels, where I do not want to support the continuation of the war in Ukraine," Fizo said in a video message posted on his official Facebook page.
The European Commission announced earlier that the decision on financing Ukraine in 2026-2027 will be made at the EU summit scheduled for December 18-19.
