"Some secretly recorded videos have appeared on the Internet, in which a celibate priest is allegedly involved in a sexual act with a woman.
Let's start with the fact that it does not matter whether the person is a clergyman, a politician or a private person. In fact, it doesn't even matter if it is really the clergyman in the video or not.
The violation of privacy and the publication of secret recordings or videos cannot be justified in any way, neither for political struggle, nor for public interest, nor for personal revenge, nor for propaganda purposes.
Such steps undermine trust, devalue institutions and degrade human dignity.
This is not just a question of ethics, this is a violation of both the RA Constitution and a number of laws, as well as a number of international obligations, which contradicts the foundations of democratic values."
