Vardan Ghukasyan's threat of health and health
Vardan Ghukasyan has been held for more than six months, within the framework of the migration proceedings against him, in administrative detention in the US Migration Court.
Administrative detention is provided by its nature for the short term, for days or weeks. However, Vardan Ghukasyan is stored in fact in the actual prison regime, deprived of the opportunity of the sun and the opportunity for more than an hour a day. The latter's health deteriorated sharply. Blood pressure exceeds 200 years. Under these conditions, the administrative detention turned into retaliation and tortured to torture.
US Supreme Court with precedent judgments, zadvydas v. Davis (2001) and Clark V. Martinez (2005) clearly stated that administrative detention should not be uncertain or disproportionate. More than six months arrest is considered illegal and unconstitutional.
In addition,
Article 9 of the International Covenant of Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) guarantees the right to freedom of person and requires that administrative detention be reasonable and proportionate.
Article 16 of the Convention Against Torture (CAT) prohibits not only torture, but also cruel, inhuman and humiliating attitudes.
The above-mentioned circumstances show that Vardan Ghukasyan's six-month administrative detention, his storage conditions and sharp deterioration of health contradict both the demands of US domestic law and international obligations.

Department of State (DOS) - a responsible body responsible for fulfilling the obligations undertaken by international treaties.
Conclusion
Vardan Ghukasyan's administrative detention, which has already exceeded six months, as well as the inhumane treatment of the latter contradicts the requirements of the US Supreme Court of precedent and international legal norms.

Immediately take the necessary measures to eliminate the obvious and real danger for Vardan Ghukasyan's life and health.
The defense of the rights of the latter has not only legal but also a wide public significance, given that Vardan Ghukasyan has a large number of supporters and followers in the United States.
