The second court hearing in the criminal case against Archbishop Ajapahyan, Primate of the Diocese of Shirak, will take place today, August 18, at 14:30, at the Avan residence of the Civil Court of First Instance of Yerevan (Address: Gyulikkhkhyan 20, Hall N 3).
It should be reminded that the court rejected the motion to change Archbishop Michael Ajapahyan's precautionary measure.
His detention was extended for 10 days. Ajapahyan was arrested on June 28. A criminal case has been filed against him, violating the government, violating territorial integrity, to give up public calls or to violent the constitutional order.
