Euractiv. NATO acknowledges that EU weapons have exhausted due to the assistance provided to Ukraine

European countries' weapons are consumed in the short term due to support for Ukraine, and Europe has to hope for supplies from the United States to provide assistance to Kiev, NATO Anonymous official told EurActiv.

"It is impossible to do so without the US military industry, as European warehouses and the opportunities of defense enterprises are consumed in the short term," said the portal's need to supply certain types of weapons to Ukraine.

Moreover, Europe now has more and less likely to pass on weapons to Kiev on its own reserves, instead of buying weapons from abroad.

"Compared to the early stage of the conflict, when the most assistance came directly from countries, Europe now depends on new orders of defense companies," said Taro Nisikavan.

He believes that the issue of lack of weapons in European countries may be resolved in the future through the EU to buy military products from the United States for Ukraine to Ukraine.
