On July 29, 2012, the Shirak Regional Department of the Criminal Police received information that a man of 71-year-old Gyumri grows cannabis and stores it.
The information was verified and approved. Within the framework of the initiated criminal proceedings, about 38 grams of marijuana were found in the closet of the 71-year-old Gyumri's house, and the semi-finished building of cannabis.
The drafted documents were sent to the preliminary investigation body.
