The Supreme Body of Armenia has issued a statement that we present below.
Nikol Pashinyan's statements about the removal of the Catholicos of All Armenians and to dismiss the latter are preparations for serious and particularly serious crimes.
In particular, the normal activities of the Mother See will be hindered by these actions. These calls contain criminal acts to impose and dismissal of the Catholicos of All Armenians in the face of violence or to dismiss the Catholicos of All Armenians.
To that, do we apply to the public, not to discuss the anti-government provocations of Nikol Pashinyan?
We demand:
- From the RA Prosecutor General and the Investigation Bodies, to initiate a criminal proceedings against Nikol Pashinyan as a defendant.
- From the RA Police and the National Security Service, to prevent the serious and particularly serious crimes prepared by the head of the RA executive power, thus not becoming the correspondence of such scale illegality.

According to the RA Criminal Law, citizens, who are taking place to prevent the preparation or serious crimes, operate in accordance with the RA legislation.
We apply to our faithful people.
The Armenian Apostolic Church is the key pillar of the Armenian identity that has maintained the existence of our people for centuries.
Thanks to the Armenian Church, our people who have reached the 21st century cannot tolerate the anti-Armenian Prime Minister's illegal campaign, so we call on our people to prevent the scholars and protect our sacrament of holiness, the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin.
