At the same time, Aliyev said there would be no foreign operator or other external control within the framework of the so-called "Zangezur Corridor" in Azerbaijan. He stressed that "it is necessary to enter the unbroken one from one part of Azerbaijan to another."

According to him, "Azerbaijani citizens should not meet with Armenian border guards, because otherwise they will be under the security of their security." At the same time, Aliyev did not explain what will happen to Armenian citizens during a meeting with the Azerbaijani border guards.
