A public criminal prosecution has been filed against a person who was detained for the cruel treatment of the dog in Byureghavan. This was reported by the Investigation Committee.
"The criticism has been initiated on the first part of Article 307 (the cruelty of animals is punishable by a maximum of twenty-four, eighty-fifty hours, or short-term imprisonment for a maximum of two months) for a maximum of two years.
Earlier, we reported that the 62-year-old man of the Byureghak was connected to the car and drove it. He was arrested and moved to the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
