The leaders of the Bricks have adopted a declaration on global management of artificial intellect (AI), which have expressed their intention to promote international principles for the development and use of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, which focus on respect for inclusion, stability and human rights.
"Global management of artificial intelligence should mitigate the possible risks and meet the needs of all countries, particularly the southern countries," the Brazilian government said.
According to the Declaration, management mechanisms must meet national normative structures and UN charter, respect sovereignty, available, inclusive, dynamic, transparent and safe.
