Who gave you the right to carry out a secret "demarcation" in Kyrgyz with political decisions and without legal grounds, which concerns the state border of our country, the safety of each of us? Former RA MP Arman Tatoyan wrote on his Facebook page:
"In Kyran, the police have made arbitrary decisions to limit the free movement of citizens, residents of villages and journalists doing professional work. some police checkpoints are established without legal rules, and people are allowed to move at their own discretion. The so-called "demarcation" of the state border takes place without any explanation and grounds, for which there is not even a draft regulation. At the state border and border security the issues concern each of us and primarily border residents, their vital rights; any restriction requires a public report and proper legal justification. Meanwhile, illegal decisions are implemented secretly and unaccountably, hindering the professional work of journalists and the free movement of people."
