According to Zakharova, during the talks between Istanbul, important humanitarian agreements have been reached, in particular, an agreement has been reached on the exchange of thousands of prisoners of war and returning to 6,000 Ukrainian servicemen. At the same time, the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Ums said that the parties agreed to exchange severe ill prisoners of war and the basis of the under 25-year-olds.
