The 2025 Fiba Congress has started in Riga, during which 2024 European basketball events were summarized.

According to the Basketball Federation of Armenia, in 2024 Armenia was one of the most active Basketball countries in Europe. 7 teams of men and women of Armenia took part in the official official tournaments.
With this indicator, Armenia is included in Europe's most active countries.
It should be reminded that in July, the European M-20B division championship will take place in Yerevan. On July 11-20, Yerevan will host the teams of 20 countries, which will compete for the title of European M-20B division champion.
