Arayik Harutyunyan, Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister, received Alasder McLenan, Secretary General of the European Bicycle Union. Deputy Minister Hasmik Avagyan, President of the RA Cycling Federation Ara Sadoyan and Secretary Vahagn Tonharyan were present at the meeting.
The work and further programs on the development of bicycle sports in Armenia were discussed.
Arayik Harutyunyan thanked for the development of this sport in our country and presented the steps taken by the Government of the Republic of Armenia in this direction. In particular, it was noted that bicycles were provided to schools on the eve of the RA Prime Minister's Cup highway tournament.
Enrico Dela Kasan once again expressed the readiness of the European Bicycle Union to support the development and popularization of cycling in our country.
