Tigran Ter-Margaryan resigns from the post of Nor Nork administrative district. "It will be the subject of speculation that I, being the head of the administrative district, will hinder the trial. Therefore, Mr. Mayor, I will stop my powers from today as the head of Nor Nork administrative district, "Ter-Margaryan said.
