The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and Development of the United Kingdom David Lammi addressed a message to Armenia, welcoming the development of the Government of the Republic of Armenia and hold such conferences in Armenia. As reported by "Armenpress", David Lammi's message was published by the RA Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.
Lammim stressed that adoption for his family was one of the most effective and joyful decisions.
"The best thing I and I have ever done, except for having two sons, was to adopt our daughter. Being a family has given us all so great joy. It's the joy of I want to feel every child. That's why I started a global campaign with actor Barry Kioogan and partner countries, to lead to care reform, and to help every child grow in a loving family environment, "Lammim said.
According to him, more than 5 million children in the world are growing in care facilities without a loving family.
"They suffer, their communities also suffer. Barry and I hope to encourage all the countries of the world to accept reforms by joining the new global charter.

According to him, the Republic of Armenia is one of the governments with which the organization works closely.
"One of the governments that you work closely is Armenia, and I want to thank the Armenian government, this conference for the whole work you are doing in your country and the region to guide this process.
One of the most exciting moments of this campaign was to learn about many examples around the world, where care reforms bring huge changes, such as good and I started our campaign.
I want such examples to become a rule. I hope that within the framework of the conference we will be able to involve new supporters in this process so that more children feel more enjoying the joy of being part of a loving family. Thank you very much, "said Lammim.
