"The term of office of the Artsakh President ends on May 21, after which the parliament of Azerbaijan, with the recent constitutional amendment, can choose a new president, as it is impossible to hold elections for objective reasons.
The main question is who will run for president. Samvel Shahramanyan's close ones have the impression that he does not want to run, but for the current parliament he is the only acceptable candidate for the presence of the deputies ready to vote for.
It should be reminded that in the first round of the Artsakh presidential election, 22, in the second, there are 17 votes in favor. Consultations are possible in the near future at the Artsakh Representation of Public and Political Circumstances.
If there is no candidate for everyone, Shahramanyan needs to be convinced that he will continue to take his cross, which institute will not work undue.
