Russian President Vladimir Vladimir Putin spoke on his feet in Ashgabat with the Chairman of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey Numan Kurtulmuş and confirmed that he would soon have a bilateral meeting with President Tayyip Erdogan in Kazan, Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov told reporters. Putin is on a working visit in Turkmenistan, he has already spoken at the international forum “The relationship of times and civilizations is the basis of peace and development.”
“Putin spoke on his feet with the Chairman of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, the Turkish Parliament. We briefly exchanged views in continuation of those conversations that were recently held in Moscow. And Putin said that he was expecting a bilateral meeting with President Erdogan in Kazan in just a week,” Peskov told reporters.
