"Ayunka" Buryat chocolate is withdrawn from sale due to a lawsuit from the "Red October" factory regarding its similarity to "Alyonka", according to Euromedia24.com:reportsPress service of "Lesnaya Factory" chocolate producer in Buryatia.
"Friends, we have sad news for you. We are withdrawing all types of Ayunka chocolates from our range and sale," the message reads.
"Lesnaya Factory" is forced to take such measures due to the lawsuit of the "Red October" confectionery factory regarding the similarity of the label design to "Alyonka" chocolate.
The press service noted that during the short period of production of "Ayunka" it became popular among the residents of the republic and can become a symbol of the region.
