The Minister also informed that the new insecurity assessment system was introduced, which replaces the "Paros" system: "With the new insecurity assessment system, we will try to change the perception that a person in a difficult life situation should not remain in the continuous insecurity in which he is trapped. giving constant support," said Mkrtchyan, noting that people are not given jobs or mentoring so that they can work and come out on their own.
