"There cannot be emotional enemies in politics. Here one can distinguish beneficial opponents and blood or existential enemies.
Opposing interests cannot be permanent, because interests are interchanging, and today's conflicting interests can be replaced by overlapping interests, which will replace confrontation with cooperation.
And blood or existential enmity is the main stimulus that pushes you to perfection, development, empowerment and competition. Politics without competition is stagnation, quagmire, and ultimately destruction. Therefore, having a blood enemy does not mean to be destroyed or to give up progress. On the contrary, it is an opportunity for competition and an incentive to gain an advantage.
Changing the depth of relations with the blood enemy to a profitable confrontation is not a matter of decades, but also of centuries, therefore less realistic in modern realities.
Turkey and Azerbaijan are existential or blood enemies for Armenians, where not only interests, but the instincts of living are dominant.
In the case of the Turks, to kill the Armenians and solve the Armenian question once and for all, and in the case of the Armenians, to live and exist in spite of the Turks.
Our desire to live is a challenge for our enemies.
This is one or the most important reality of our enmity.
Therefore, our choice cannot be any other than the affirmation of our will to live on real land, building a viable and resilient state.
All other ways are support for the enemy's goals.
