The Facebook post of Yerevan Municipality press secretary Hayk Kostanyan:
"Dear citizens of Yerevan, dear colleagues,
On 09.01.2025, i.e. from tomorrow, our citizens who have the right to use the new transport tariffs with PRIVILEGE can come to their administrative district building (district hall) with their own physical contactless payment bank cards, identify themselves and attach the preferential package bank card.
*To buy a ticket WITH PRIVILEGE, you need to approach the administrative district building with an identity document and a public service license plate.
We also remind that the same process can be carried out on the transport.yerevan.am website without going anywhere.
Once again, we request and urge those persons who can identify themselves or with the help of another person and purchase the privileged packages online, to show care for the citizens who do not have the opportunity to do so and not to overload the service offices in order to avoid the formation of queues.
*In the coming days, we will also announce the methods of purchasing new ticket packages by persons who DO NOT HAVE PRIVILEGES.
