Decoding of the "black boxes" of the Azerbaijani plane has started


Brazil has started decoding the flight recorders of the "Azerbaijan Airlines" plane that crashed in Aktau, Kazakhstan. This is reported by the Brazilian portal G1.

"The information will be forwarded to the Air Accidents Investigation Department of Kazakhstan, which is responsible for the analysis and investigation of the accident," the statement said.

Specialists of the Brazilian Air Force (Força Aérea Brasileira - FAB) will analyze the data of the black boxes. On the morning of December 25, an Embraer passenger plane of "Azerbaijan Airlines" flying from Baku to Grozny, the capital of Azerbaijan, crashed at the airport of Aktau, Kazakhstan. Before the accident, the crew of the plane requested an emergency landing.

According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kazakhstan, there were 69 people on the plane, including five crew members. 29 people survived.
