The number of Palestinians killed as a result of Israeli army operations in the Gaza Strip since the start of military operations there in October 2023 has exceeded 45,700.

"Since October 2023, the number of victims of Israeli aggression in Gaza has reached 45,717, and the number of victims has reached 108,856," said the report published on the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Health of Gaza.

The department noted that in the last 24 hours, 59 Palestinians were killed in the enclave as a result of Israeli shelling, and another 273 were injured.
