According to the press service of the Israel Defense Forces, a 23-year-old sergeant serving in the Netzach Yehuda Battalion of the Kfir Brigade was killed by an anti-tank missile in Beit Hanun, and eight soldiers were injured, three of them in a serious condition.
Taking these data into account, the number of soldiers killed since the start of the IDF ground operation in the Gaza Strip and along the borders of the Palestinian enclave has reached 395.
According to the press service of the army, the total number of Israeli soldiers killed during the new stage of the Middle East conflict was 825.
