"On December 13, 2024, in the National Assembly, when the program of anthropological optimization of rural clinics was discussed, Artak Jumayan, Deputy Minister of Health of the Republic of Armenia, very confidently told that he worked as a family doctor in the Russian Federation and was a participant in a number of similar reforms.
The deputy minister teased experienced professionals that he was better than everyone else in the tri-state because he worked as a family doctor.
And here I am studying the autobiography of Artak Jumayan, which is on the official website of the Ministry.
Artak Jumayan is a therapist by profession, he worked exclusively in several Moscow polyclinics and diagnostic centers as a therapist or head of service, and he often had several jobs at the same time.
His work activity had nothing to do with rural family medicine, about which the deputy minister "lied" about.
By the way, the institute of family doctor is just being formed and expanding in Russia.
But the fact that he was in the Russian Federation from 2000 to 2018 is remarkable, but it is not clear how he has the rank of an officer, lieutenant of the reserve forces of the RA Armed Forces.
