Vahe Grigoryanwrites:
"The fine of 150,000 drams against the operator (restaurant) for smoking on the premises of the restaurant was canceled by court order.
The Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia, on the basis of the appeal filed by me in the case, satisfied the request of the citizen, director of the business operator Sargsyan A. and canceled the decision to impose a fine of 150,000 drams for allegedly not preventing smoking in a prohibited place (violation of the ban on the restriction of tobacco use), as well as obliged the Police of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs to pay 10,250 drams in favor of the citizen as compensation for the previously paid state tax."
