Russia has obligations to ensure the security of Belarus. Reports about the preparation of a Western attack on Minsk were commented on by RIA Novosti by Kremlin official Dmitry Peskov.
“Within the framework of the Union State, we have obligations to ensure the security of the union Belarus. And these obligations appear in the foundations of our Nuclear Policy Concept,” said the press secretary of the Russian president.
He added that Moscow and Minsk are in contact on issues of threats to Belarusian security through the intelligence services of the two countries. Earlier, it became known that intelligence services in Poland are helping to prepare the military for an attack on the territory of Belarus. According to journalists, Polish intelligence is creating armed formations consisting of Belarusian citizens on the territory of the country.
