On Saturday, September 5, the international beauty contest "Miss World 2026" was held in Vietnam. The crown and honorary title went to the representative of the Dominican Republic, Joheri Molé.
111 participants from different parts of the world, divided into four continental groups: Africa, America and the Caribbean, Europe, Asia and Oceania, competed for the prestigious title and crown.
Based on their performances, the selection committee selected the best 40 participants, who advanced to the quarterfinals.
The number of participants was reduced to 20, then to 12.
