The United Nations Office for the Protection of Human Rights reported that almost 70 percent of those killed in the Gaza Strip were women and children. The report states that the youngest victim is a one-day-old boy, and the oldest is a 97-year-old woman.
According to the report, children make up 44 percent of the total victims, with the largest age group being children aged 5 to 9 years.
According to the Gaza Ministry of Health, as a result of military operations that began on October 7, 2023, the number of victims has reached 43,508, and the number of wounded has reached 102,684.
