State and international platform. The Catholicos of Armenia is the spiritual leader of all Armenians, whose title and position are recognized both on international platforms and by sister churches.
Moral and political side. By trying to humiliate the patriarch of the Armenian Church, the ruler does not diminish the role of the Catholicos, but reveals the poverty of his own cultural and state thinking.
THUS, those who call the Catholicos of All Armenians "Ktrich Nersisyan" do not insult the individual, but despise the thousand-year-old tradition of the Armenian Apostolic Holy Church, its canonical order and even the official legal status by which it is registered in the RA state documents.
