At Schiphol Airport in the Netherlands, a woman tried to bring a python in her bra onto a plane, according to the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA). According to a post on Instagram, a Canadian passenger tried to bring the ball python onto the plane.
“She tried to put a ball python in her bra on the plane. The protected snake was found by security personnel," the post said.
A Canadian citizen claimed to have found the python near a hotel in Amsterdam, but inspectors found this claim implausible. The Python was impounded and a criminal case was filed against the passenger.
