The star of the movie "Jurassic Park", the famous New Zealand actor Sam Neill died at the age of 78.
According to the message spread by the family, the death happened suddenly in one of the Sydney hospitals. Relatives noted that although the loss was unexpected, they are comforted by the fact that the actor overcame cancer. Earlier, in April, Sam Neill announced that he had overcome the third stage of blood cancer after undergoing a course of treatment.
Prime Minister of Australia Anthony Albanese expressed his condolences on the actor's death, emphasizing Neil's dignified character and his great contribution to cinema.
