Karen Tatulyan, head of the department of healthcare and social affairs of Aragatsotn marz, told Aravot.am that she personally, not officially, tried to find out details about the case of giving drugs to a 12-year-old student of Orgov community and found out that the child got the drugs personally, from the Telegram channel.

"I was told that the child took the phone from some Telegram channel himself, the excursion has nothing to do with it."
