Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to Sir Keir Starmer, Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, on the occasion of the National Day of the United Kingdom. The message says:
"Your Excellency, I warmly congratulate you and the friendly people of the United Kingdom on the occasion of the National Day, the official birthday of His Majesty King Charles the Third. I am pleased to note that the relations between Armenia and the United Kingdom continue to develop and expand, based on the common values that unite us: democracy, the rule of law and the protection of human rights.
I was glad to host you in Yerevan within the framework of the 8th European Political Community Summit, during which the strategic partnership established by our joint declaration between Armenia and the United Kingdom will surely give a new boost to the strengthening of multi-sectoral cooperation and political dialogue between our countries.
We highly appreciate the continued support of the United Kingdom to the democratic reforms implemented in Armenia. I wish you good health and success, and peace and prosperity to the friendly people of the United Kingdom," the message said.
