Kim Jong Un opened a street in honor of the North Korean soldiers who liberated the Kursk region

On Sunday, North Korean leader Kim Jong-un attended the groundbreaking ceremony of Saebyeol Street, built in honor of DPRK soldiers who participated in the liberation of the Kursk region, the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported on Monday.


According to the agency, on February 15, Pyongyang held a groundbreaking ceremony for a street named "Saebyeol" (meaning "new star" in Korean) built in honor of the Korean People's Army (KPA) soldiers who participated in the liberation of the Kursk region.


North Korean leader Kim Jong-un also participated in the ceremony.
