Greenlandic sportsman Ukalek Sletemark called US President Donald Trump "stupid" for his policy towards Greenland, Le Parisien reports.
"Donald Trump is a complete idiot. He does not understand our culture or the society that exists in Greenland. "I ski and practice shot put, but how can I ignore those who, while skiing, are guided by such explosive ideas and are going to shoot real bullets," said Sletemark.
US President Donald Trump announced his intention to join Denmark's Greenland to the United States. He expressed similar thoughts during his first term (2017-2021). He claimed that Washington needs the island for national security.
